Corning gorilla glass Explained

Image
Hey there, Pro here!                Let's talk about gorilla glass, we all heard about gorilla glass. gorilla glass made by Company called corning. in past years, corning made many versions of gorilla glass. as of now when I am writing this article corning made gorilla glass 6.        some of us have confusion about gorilla glass different versions. we think the bigger the version of glass has greater the version of the glass. but this is not correct because if I could explain the difference between gorilla glass then the gorilla glass 3 has better scratch resistance than gorilla glass 6. the reason behind that is gorilla glass 6 is focused more on toughness and gorilla glass 3 has focused similarly on toughness and scratch resistance.       because some years ago people use a screen guard or tempered glass protector for preventing the screen from shattering the phone display. corning identifies that and decided to focus more on the toughness of glass than scratch resi

Earphones & Headphones buying guide for new buyer's!

Hello music lovers,

If you are a music lover then, i know you want some awesome earphones or headphones for play your music.

I think music is the thing we should feel it by listening!

For that, we should have earphones or headphones that can provide you the feeling of music.

Probably, new or first time earphone or headphone buyer have no much knowledge about earphones or headphones.

They purchases before acquire full knowledge about sound.

Earphones and headphones are totally depends on the design and specifications.
I will tell you some points, if you are looking for new earphones or headphones to buy.

Earphones

Firstly talk about earphones,

Earphones are very small and they can easily fit in your pocket. You don't have need to buy case or pouch for Carry the earphones.

As i said earlier, earphones are small in size so it is easy to use also, just plug and play the music you love.

These are generally in-ear type. They can fit deeply in your ears.

But if you are not choosing a right design according to your ear size then it causes pain in long time music listening.

There are lots of earphone manufacturer all around the world and they making some good quality earphones with comfortable design.

But no one is perfect and can play all music categories clearly as you expect.

Headphones

There are two types in headphones.

Open back and close back

1. Open back

Open back means the outer portion of the headphone is open. Its for natural sound. You can hear background noice is well in open back headphones.

Close back

Close back means, the outer portion of the headphone is close. In close back earphones bass is very deep and its provides a proper noice isolation as well.
There is no background noice in close back headphones.

Okay, come to the point!

generally we humans can listen 20 Hz- 20k Hz.

But in earphones, its starts lower end from 12Hz or 22Hz to upper-end 18KHz or 22KHz.

You can configure the sound quality by these points

1. Frequency range
2. Frequency response
3. Driver size
4. Impedance
5. Total Harmonic Distortion
6. Sensitive or sound pressure level
7. Noice cancellation

Let's simplify these things

1. Frequency range

If you are a bass lover than find out the starting frequency range as low as possible, because bass is present in lower-end frequencies.

But if you are looking for treble then look for upper-end frequencies as high as possible it is better for you.

2. Frequency response

It means in which particular frequency can give gain and basically what is the response will decide to play.

Sometimes, higher frequencies are not clear to listen as well as lower frequencies are not loud as you expect. See the chart provided by the manufacturer. See the variation according to frequency and then decide.

3. Driver size

Obviously, earphones have small driver size compair to headphones.

If The driver size is big then the output will better. It is not the rule but bigger is better.

In earphones driver size starts from 8-9 mm. expensive earphones comes with more than 1 driver.

Because, Separate drivers for lower and higher frequencies.

In headphones have driver size above 40 mm then the sound quality will better.

4. Impedance

It is a resistance and it is in Ohm's.
As of now you can consider that when impedance is low then current will pass easily but its produces hissing sound.

In high quality headphones you will see, its have a high impedance. One thing you have to note that when impedance is high then you can't drive them with your phone.

For that you should have proper amplifier for play music.

Normally earphones or headphones have 28- 32 Ohm's for easy to play on smartphone.

If you want to play on a dedicated amplifier then first configure the impedance level and match it then buy a headphones.

Because, it can damage your headphones easily.

5. Total Harmonic Distortion

Sometimes when volume is high then may be the output not clear as on medium volume.

So, its generates Distortion and the output have no clearity.

In high quality earphones or headphones the (THD) is less than 0.5 percent or less than 0.1 percent.

But it is better when it is low.

6. Sensitive or sound pressure level

It is ratio between power gain and output. We can call it efficiency.

It measures in decibels (db).
Higher decibels having a loud volume.
Highest decibel level is 120 db.

7. Noice cancellation

There are two types of Noice cancellation.

Active and Passive

1. Active

In active noice cancellation there is dedicated mic to record the external noice and reduce it later with the help of circuitery.

It is works properly in low and constant frequencies. Active noice cancellation is can't work properly in higher frequencies.

2. Passive

It simply haves a pin hole for the noice cancellation but not as great as active noice cancellation.

So these are the points which can let you helpful for choosing a right earphones or headphones.

Conclusion

Configure all the points and conclude them for perfect earphones and headphones to buy.
