Qualcomm Vs Mediatek

   

     First of all, these are the popular smartphone processor's manufacturer in the world.
Qualcomm and Mediatek are making Android Processor's.
Okay, i will tell you what is the main difference between these two processor's. Advantages, disadvantages and after that i will also tell which process you should choose.

Qualcomm

Qualcomm is very old and trusted cpu manufacturer in the world. If you have a Android flagship in your hand it's may have Qualcomm processor.
Qualcomm also have big Research and development. they develop their cpu for Performance as well as power efficiency and they can manage it very easily.
Generally, flagship Android phone have a Qualcomm based CPU for better flagship based performance.
Established Manufacturer's like Samsung, LG, HTC etc. Choosing Qualcomm based CPU for making a flagship Android phone.
The reason is that, no other manufacturer's provides performance and efficiency like Qualcomm processor's.
If you want to spend high price for a smartphone, then you should go with Qualcomm snapdragon powerd phones.
Price of Qualcomm based phones have expensive. But this CPU can able to satisfied you with the performance.

GPU

Qualcomm using Adreno GPU with their CPU for providing a best in class gaming and high end tasks.
Usually you doesn't see heating and battery draining issues in Qualcomm based phones.

Mediatek

Mediatek is also have big share in smartphone market.
Generally, Mediatek Processor's used in cheap phones. Because the price of the Mediatek Processor's is much cheaper then Qualcomm.
One thing you have to note is, if cheap phones have Mediatek Processor then you can get much high performance than Qualcomm based entry level phones.
Usually, phones under 400 USD have Mediatek Processor's. Because Qualcomm's mid-range performance and Mediatek's flagship processor have same price and you can get performance like flagship phone in Mediatek powerd phone.
Though, Mediatek is not a bad processor but it is depends on what you get and what you pay for.
Mediatek is not as great as for Rnd, because of that their Processor's cant give you best power efficiency as compared to Qualcomm.

GPU

Mediatek is using Mali GPU with their CPU. Mali is not as great as adreno GPU for gaming. it is not popular in app manufacturer's because of that developers cant optmize their apps for GPU like Mali.

Conclusion

If you want to buy a flagship phone and ready to pay high amount for that, then go blindly with Qualcomm based phones. There no doubt for disappointness.
If you want to buy a mid-range or entry level smartphone, then go with Mediatek based phones. It will also satisfies your needs.
